About the BLUSH Consultant position:

The BLUSH Consultant is an integral member of the staff, as the position links prospects to the Membership Department and Training Department together.

Role of the BLUSH Consultant :

• To conduct tours with prospects, answer questions and help prospects get started on memberships.

• To answer phone calls and respond to e-mails. Follow company policies.

• To reach out and generate leads, find new members and create new business.

• To ensure sales goals are met.

• To ensure that the Membership department delivers excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of our members.

To ensure the cleanliness of the club.

Help build and execute marketing ideas and campaigns.

To ensure the club is running as efficiently as possible.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and comfortable working with members of all ages.

• Must possess strong sales and organizational skills as it is the basis of the entire position.

• Must have a background in fitness.

• Must be a team player as all departments must work in sync.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Must possess basic understanding of computers and be able to learn the company software in a reasonable amount of time.

• We will teach the skills and the system, so we are seeking to attract individuals who are open to learning, deeply inspired, who share our core values, with strong communication skills and high levels of emotional intelligence

Compensation: Hourly plus commission.
