What are we looking for?
Administer client billing support through new client setup and changes to existing accounts. Provide eBill support. Respond to customer inquiries through email, fax, and/or the telephone in a timely and professional manner.

All Associates must comply with the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) as it pertains to disclosures of protected health information (PHI) as described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and HIPAA Privacy Policies and Procedures. As a component of job roles and responsibilities, Associates may have access to covered information, cardholder data or other confidential customer information which must be protected at all times. As a result, Associates must explicitly adhere to all data security guidelines established within the Company’s Privacy & Security Training Program.

What are we looking for?
Administer client billing support through new client setup and changes to existing accounts. Provide eBill support. Respond to customer inquiries through email, fax, and/or the telephone in a timely and professional manner.
Where you will have an impact
- Facilitate the processing of customer invoices in accordance with established procedures
- Provide excellent customer service
- Understand departmental procedures which include, phone and R/T queue responsibilities and activities
- Administration and support of the quality assurance programs to include: Phone call QA, Email QA and Invoice QA
- Proficiency in researching, resolving issues and/or directing customers to the most appropriate department for resolution
- Diffuse and escalate challenging situations
- Process Billing Tickets within Implementation & Billing Request RT Queues
- Create CV Billing Setups and Changes
- Process Check inquiries, stop payments, and manual check replacements
- Process credits and retro-active billing for premium billing
- Process DSA payments & Pre-Edits
- Process E-Bill Setups and assist with E-Bill inquiries
- As required by changing business needs, complete additional responsibilities as assigned
- Regular reliable attendance is required
- Participate in any/all training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements as specified within your departmental goals. This is in addition to, the completion of any activities necessary for the maintenance of professional affiliations or organizational requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- In-depth knowledge of CompuVision and CVX
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, & Outlook
- Insurance experience preferred
