Billings and Financial Coordinator - Part Time
The Project Financial Coordinator plays an integral role in establishing all project finances as well as maintaining them. This individual will oversee all project finances ensuring that projects remain on budget, all items are billed, and all invoices are paid. This individual will work closely with the department heads to ensure that both Interior Design & Staging departments remain on course with budgets and billable time.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Create and send out invoices
- PO review and submittal for furniture purchases
- Reviewing billable time for Interior Design clients
- Ensuring Design Department remains profitable with % of time billed
- Keeping up with paid/unpaid status for all invoices
- Setting up and maintaining project budgets
- Ensuring all projects stay on budget
- Ensuring all projects remain profitable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Bill payment - recurring payments
- Communicate with clients regarding invoice questions
- Assist departments in creating and sending out invoices in a timely manner
- Work with Design Department to ensure billable hours are being logged accurately
- Enforce Departmental and Project Budgets
Qualifications
- 3 years of prior project management and financial experience
- Business or Financial degree preferred
- Interior Design client experience preferred
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
