This position entails highly confidential material and requires the holder to be a positive role model in creating the culture of positive communication and conduct, along with assisting in the training and reinforcement of policies and procedures. In upholding and maintaining confidentiality for all employees and managers, it is important to earn ongoing trust. The legal and growth of our culture/employee is pivotal in following defined management/owner, state and federal processes. This position will be instrumental to ensure all is followed by engaging management/dealer with reminders and education to ensure processes are completed and scheduled in their planners along with aspect for themselves with the below duties:

Responsibilities

  • Working with the financial and accounting system and personnel.
  • Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing.
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Setting up health benefits and 401k for new hires
  • Complete all required reports on a regular basis.
  • Preparing taxes and filing forms with the government.
  • Meeting with the department managers regularly to go over business matters and develop plans to increase profitability.
  • Ensure all Human Resources and payroll functions are operational and works cooperatively to handle employee issues as needed.
  • Assures that required HR training is completed.
  • Cross trained in all accounting positions.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of previous accounts payable, accounts receivables or human resources required.
  • Previous automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communications, customer service, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical ability.
  • High school diploma is necessary; college or advanced degree preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and travel as necessary.
  • Positive attitude.
