Bilingual Call Center Representative Job at TEC Staffing Services
Do you want to work from home? We are hiring for remote bilingual customer service associates temporarily until the end of January and possibly longer! You will be making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to help with patient requests, referrals, and policy review.
Pay: $16/HR
Location: Although remote, must reside within 30 minutes of Fort Smith, AR.

Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma (You will need to bring this or a transcript with you to your interview) Must pass background check and drug screen. Reliable High Speed Internet 2 + mbps upload speed (will need to send us a screenshot from your computer) Must be able to type 35 WPM & have 1 year experience in call center or customer service setting.
We are currently in need of agents between 10am and 6:30pm. Weekends could become necessary if the need arises.
