As the Bid Analyst is responsible for analysing and organizing successful execution of new & existing contract bids: reviewing incoming bids & proposals by analysing parts list and patterns in demand; distributing items and parts to Value Streams for pricing; ensuring packages are priced competitively and reviewed for accuracy and completeness before delivery to the customer.

You will also lead and develop effective strategies and tools in support of incoming customer LTA (Long Term Agreements) requests, ranging from simple price lists to full JIT contracts. Coordination of these bid packages with Sales, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Operations is an essential aspect of this role.

This position is listed as remote; however the ideal candidate should be based in one of the following areas: Fort Worth, TX, Valencia, CA or Wichita, KS

What you'll need:

• Required Advanced Excel Skills - proficient in analytic functions such as vlookup, pivot tables, graphing tools, and designs to create visual tables and charts.
• Required 1+ Years of Experience in Sales, Operations, Project Management or Business Analytics.
• Preferred 1+ years in the Aerospace Industry.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse, read, and understand terms and conditions of a contract required for proper administration of proposals and compliance.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and follow through on assignments in fast paced and high-volume work environment without compromising quality.
