Behavioral Health Referral Specialist Job at Lehigh Valley Health Network
Job Summary:
Manages a work queue set up specifically for referrals for behavioral health services. Completes clinical intakes to determine the services which best fit the patient's needs and works with the patient, referring practice, and/or community behavioral health providers to facilitate a connection for services within the healthcare continuum.

- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Services related field.
Experience - Required:
- 1 year working in mental health, substance abuse, or a social service agency.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
