Position Summary: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales while creating a positive and productive environment for our customers and associates.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Basic selling skills, Front-end operations, Merchandising and retail operating standards.

Position Responsibilities:
-
Perform all Front End related responsibilities, including ringing up sales, processing returns, bagging items, collecting payment, processing “Buy Online and Pick Up Instore” orders and enrolling customers in company loyalty program

Greet all customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience; includes answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department and/or person

Assist in resolving escalated issues with upset customers
-
Completes, processes, and maintains applicable paperwork and records
-
Utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to customers
-
Assist with maintaining store cleanliness, standards and overall appearance
-
Maintain clean and tidy checkout area
-
Replenishes and maintains front end merchandising displays
-
Adheres to all company policies, procedures & safety standards
-
Performs other related duties as assigned, including merchandising and stocking
Qualifications
Basic Skills required:
-
Ability to engage and speak to customers
-
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred skills and experience:
-
Customer service experience in a retail environment -
Very customer oriented with a good attitude

Detail oriented and highly observant
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and process multiple tasks simultaneously
-
Friendly with integrity and sincerity

Ability to stay positive in high stress situations.
