The Brand New Soon to Open AC Hotel by Marriott Oakland Downtown is NOW HIRING for Bartenders/Mixolgist|Servers to join our opening team!
Create a wonderful experience for our patrons & grow your mixology skills! Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Service tables & deliver food to patrons in lounge. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.
