- Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon arrival and distribute menus.
- Answer questions and suggest menu items
- Take member/guest food and/or drink orders
- Inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
- Assemble food on tray and get condiments as necessary
- Serve meal; place dishes by courses in front of each member/guest
- Check back tables to ensure member/guest satisfaction and refill beverages
- Remove dishes as guests finish
- Keep tables, dining room and bus station clean
- Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Performs side work, clean-up and closing duties as assigned
- Perform other duties as appropriate
Must have the ability to:
- Must hold a current State of Utah Alcohol Server Certification or be willing to get one
- High school preferred.
- Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers
- Give and/or follow verbal and written instructions
- Visually inspect all work areas
- Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Hours are Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off. 10am- 2pm & 4pm- 9pm Full time.
