We are looking for friendly, welcoming staff to work on the floor and behind the bar.
We are looking for reliable employees. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and growth objectives. Duties and responsibilities of each position will include greeting customers when entering or leaving our establishment, maintaining a clean and tidy area.
Barback positions are hourly wage plus tips.
Description of Bar Back Duties
- Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar supplies and ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
- Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer throughout shift.
- Consistent communication with management & other employees.
- Plus other duties
Description of Floor Staff Duties * Bussing areas to remove empty bottles, glasses, and trash. Maintaining clean areas during the night.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Coordinate with the servers and management on over intoxicated persons to keep a safe environment.
- Consistent communication with management & other employees
- And other duties
