We are coming into our busiest season and are looking to hire a few reliable, hard working, banquet servers and bartenders. We do many different types of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, birthday parties and holiday parties.

Responsibilities of a server include showing up with a neat appearance, pre setting tables for each event, passing appetizers during cocktail hour, serving food and cleaning up after the event is done.

Responsibilities of a bartender are setting up mobile bar, ringing in drinks on a POS, opening beer, pouring wine, serving guests mixed drinks in a friendly and courteous manner and breaking down the bar at the end of the event.

Qualifications include:

• Prefer food and beverage experience, serving, bartending, and/or catering experience.
• Great customer service skills.
• Ability to keep up with fast-paced work environment.
• Detail Oriented.
• Sense of urgency while working.
• Self sufficient.
• Can be on feet for long amounts of time. Shifts average 5-10 hours.

However, with added gratuity to invoices and tip share from the bar, employees average $25-$30 plus an hour per shift.
• Employee of the Month. We have great employee of the month awards for those that go above and beyond. From gift cards, tickets to sports games and lunch or dinner from the place of your choice. We are always looking to reward our employees.
• Free Parking. A small, but nice benefit is plenty of easy, free parking. We are South Denver so you don't have to worry about downtown traffic, trying to find parking or paying to park.
