The Bakery Production Manager will help Mighty-O donuts continue to grow and share in our excitement about people, the environment, and great donuts & beverages.

The Bakery Production Manager demonstrates a passion for donuts and excellence in baking, training, and production. They will establish and drive leadership objectives and are responsible for ensuring Mighty-O customers receive excellent donuts and the highest quality service while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.

• Customer Satisfaction – Role models, coaches, and trains team to take great care of all vendors as well as internal and external customers.
• Operations – Demonstrates a complete understanding in all aspects of the bakery and ensures the product is completed 100% to the highest quality standards.
• Team Building – Build, hire and create a great team that performs to the highest efficiency while being sales oriented and offering top customer service.
• Communication – Communicates clearly, directly, honestly and represents self as an ambassador to the brand at all times.
• A passion for success and making people happy.
• 5+ years Production experience within the hospitality or retail industry. Coffee, bakery, or quick service restaurant experience is ideal.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus but not required.
• Proven increasing leadership effectiveness as a Manager.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to support crew working evening, overnight and day shifts.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
