We believe that the success of our bakery is largely attributed to our wonderful employees who are outgoing, energetic, creative, and passionate about delicious artisanal food! We're looking for applicants who thrive in a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. Our baked goods are crafted by hand, and we always strive to consistently produce high quality products. The baking shifts start very early in the morning (oftentimes as early as 3 - 4 am). Our bakers usually work 4 shifts (including one weekend day) per week. Prior baking or kitchen experience is a plus, but it certainly isn't a requirement. Starting pay for bakers is $15/hr, but it can sometimes be higher based on experience. Employees also get a free loaf of bread or sandwich for every shift worked!
