JOB DESCRIPTION / SCOPE OF WORK

In partnership with a major TV and film studio, we’re staffing up for Stranger Things pop-up store, inspired by one of the most beloved pop culture TV series of our time. We’re looking for a group of ambassadors who will be responsible for managing the guest experience from greeting customers, stocking the store, managing flow, working the register and one to two special people who will be in character!

We’re looking for individuals who are intellectually rigorous, passionate, hardworking, like-to-have-fun, creatively curious and energetic to become the guests point of contact across multiple areas of the experience.

BACK OF HOUSE (BOH) RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead in the receiving and unloading of all merchandise and other supplies pertinent to business operations
Work closely with Stockers, getting them the supplies they need to keep the shelves stocked at all times
Work closely with management to update inventory sheets, par levels, and order of new merchandise
Communicates to management when inventory levels are low so they can place new stock orders
Stocking, staging and transporting merchandise into and out of the stockroom or sales floor, cycle counts, ticketing and maintaining visual standards and stock levels on the sales floor
Function as a source of knowledge about merchandise, current stock and inventory levels
Responsible for receiving deliveries and distribution of merchandise, supplies and materials to appropriate storage areas
Complete all price changes and ticket merchandise prior to staging on sales floor
Maintain all storage areas for maximum efficiency
Ensure store procedures are followed for maintaining stockroom standards and safety
Ensure key items/top sellers are fully stocked throughout the business day and all sizes are represented on the sales floor
Maintain areas of responsibility within the stockroom
Assist the Management team to deploy effective process for restocking items as needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
Preferably (not required) ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 60 lbs. unassisted; and bend, twist, and kneel with ease
Must have a positive, outgoing, energetic demeanor and able to maintain a good attitude
Must be at least 18 years of age
