SUMMARY
To ensure optimum customer service, we’re hiring an experienced Service Manager to work one-on-one with our clients. Your job will be to build strong relationships with our employees and our guests. We’re counting on you to utilize your extensive product knowledge and to serve all of our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Maintain high CSI scores and ensure customers have a positive dealership experience.
- Manage a dedicated team of advisors, valets, technicians.
- Take ownership of customers’ experience by carrying out additional assignments, enabling the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Maintain a positive work environment that can translate into customer satisfaction; and having the ability and willingness, to jump in and take on tough situations at any time.
- Must possess strong process orientation and advisor supervision skills.
- Increase RO performance within the Dealership.
- Work with Fixed Ops Director to hire, motivate, mentor and train service teamin both sales and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain calm and patient demeanor with frustrated or confused customers.
- Past experience as a dealership service manager or lead advisor preferred.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the automotive industry.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent follow-up & follow-through skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Exhibit positive energy and an above average passion for success.
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization.
- The ability to work alone or in a team environment.
- Personal and professional integrity.
