Duties and Responsibilities

• Detail clients’ vehicles
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
• Trains and assists other detailers
• Orders and inventories make-ready supplies.
• Acts as liaison between department staff(s) and Sales Managers to facilitate the process for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Notates damage and notifies the Service Manager so a claim can be filed within 24 hours.
• Performs quality control inspection of all vehicles before being brought to frontline.
• Coordinates with Sales and Service Departments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Valid Driver’s License, required
• One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
