Lead CAD Drafter, Cabinetry Millwork - Oxford, Mississippi
The Lead CAD Drafter will be highly skilled in CAD Drafting in cabinetry millwork and stone for residential and commercial projects. The Lead Draftperson will design and develop cabinetry plans for jobs while communicating between sales, engineers and project managers

Job requirements for this role:
- Manage numerous projects, budgets, confirm drawings are accurate.
- Collaborate with sales and project managers on design parameters for client projects to assure the drawwings are done properly.
- Provide estimated quotes with a sense of urgency & accountability
- Create detailed technical drawings of structural designs, according to specifications for residential and commercial projects.
- Managing multiple, complex, high value projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and honoring budgetary restrictions.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office 365, Mozaik or Cabinet Vision, Trello PM, and general use of MS Windows environments.
- Experience as a CAD Drafter in a high-end, custom cabinetry and millwork shop.
- Verified knowledge of working with frameless and inset cabinetry, HPLs and custom painted, glossy, European style cabinetry, a plus.
- CNC routers, edge-banders, and other std. cabinet making machinery knowledge.
- Work experience of 10 years or more in Cabinetry millwork CAD Design and Drafting, preferred.
