Our client, a large California-based law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level attorney that specializes in real estate and land use. Ideal candidate will be proficient in the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as well as the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as experience in analyzing general plans, zoning and plot entitle strategies. Other tasks will include legal research, record preparation, and all aspects of land use.
JD is required and must be a member of the CA bar in good standing. Must be an excellent communicator, written and verbal, and offer a high level of client support.
