Zix |AppRiver is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you must possess multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize your workload. This is a key role working in a fun, fast-paced environment, and focused on helping our sales organization become more efficient. In this role, you must be polished and professional; proactive to learn new tasks; capable to work independently and consistently; extremely detail-oriented, autonomous, and diligent when following instructions.


You Are Great At:

  • Analyze and develop sales processes for the growing sales team
  • Confirm and maintain new and existing data in SFDC
  • Provide research and analysis on the Partner community to support management decision-making.
  • Quota recognition and commission reconciliation
  • Support SMBC Sales with quote creation and order submission
  • Create and maintain reports and Dashboards for sales and management
  • Train new hires on our various internal systems and processes
  • Assist with business aspects of back office internal systems development.
  • Various projects as assigned by management

What It Takes:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales related role
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of a CRM or similar database
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong math skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and analytic abilities
  • Must work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Must work with others as part of a team, having excellent interpersonal skills
