Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand and manage timelines for new product development.
• Provide the Sales team with support on all product information, strategy, and marketing plans.
• Communicate on a regular basis directly with the team on sourcing, developing, samples, managing timelines for testing and product details to get product from idea to market.
• Collaborate with the Product Design team to identify relevant trends and concepts. Assist in the development of new products and updates to existing products that align with performance, trends, and concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, proof, and finalize packaging and creative assets.
• Facilitate PowerPoint presentations for customer reviews.
• Conduct market research and competitive shops to drive new product development and customer assortment optimization.
• Evaluate new products presented by the China team.
• Manage product sampling process by reviewing, documenting, and sending out any samples for product development or customer reviews.
• Know and leverage market trends, strengths, and opportunities within area of responsibility through keen assessment and analysis of competitive set.

Experience & Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience in product management, internships, or relevant projects is a plus.
