Associate Manager-Digital Marketing
The Associate Manager-Digital Marketing will be an integral role in the Performance Marketing team, enabling Ardent Mills to activate a seamless digital customer experience across numerous channels and platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital capabilities to understand customer behaviors and interests, by leveraging data to advance them through the buying cycle. A successful Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist will be able to translate how the digital experience contributes to a defined annual revenue contribution and will have a strong focus on adapting our strategies to stay ahead of an evolving digital ecosystem.
This position provides both leadership and support on a day-to-day basis, acting as a liaison between the marketing team and various other departments, working to establish guidelines, processes and procedures that ensure efficiency and scalability in marketing operations. You will work closely with team members to provide strategic planning guidance and execution on marketing objectives and campaigns that include lead generation and management. You will influence effecting change in the marketing department and with key stakeholders across the business as we continue to put a stronger emphasis on making data-driven decisions. We are looking for an organized thinker who is curious, strategic, collaborative and seeks out new ways of doing things more efficiently and effectively to increase growth throughout the organization.
A key focus area is to support the Marketing team and their efforts within Salesforce.com (CRM) software - providing tools and data to support the growth of sales across all Ardent Mills platforms.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead with curiosity, with a strong focus on process and continuous improvement to adapt to changing technologies and strategies
  • Establish, manage and implement processes and procedures within the marketing department and among stakeholders who use digital marketing tools, ensuring efficiency, brand consistency and compliance for stakeholders
  • Lead and continuously improve the digital marketing efforts, optimizing the marketing tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Social Media Reporting, etc.) and working to ensure a healthy and actionable lead pipeline
  • Provide best practices and work closely with Channel and Product Marketing to implement audience segmentation within the automation and CRM systems to align with strategic organizational priorities and sales initiatives, including personas and lifecycle stages (add around nurture strategy and drip campaigns)
  • Create standard operating procedures for consistency regarding lead list management and support
  • Proactively review best practices, trends, and competitive activity; recommend and implement scalable changes to the marketing program
Lead key digital marketing projects, including planning, execution, testing, maintenance and analysis
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders (i.e., sales, marketing, IT, etc.), to define and prioritize marketing automation, and tracking objectives to meet or exceed campaign goals
  • Serve as the data champion for marketing with the goal of constantly improving the quantity of potential leads and the quality of the data.
  • Identify opportunities, prescribe future state recommendations and strategies, and align to the goals set forth by Marketing leadership
  • Provide regular communication of plans with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage real-time results, detect and categorize any potential issues and use data to forecast results
  • Report management and analyzation of ongoing campaign-focused performance (Tradeshow lead management, web form submission, email, phone, other lead generation activities, etc.)
  • Liaison to external partner(s) to assist with all Ardent Mills systems integrations and partnerships as well as strategic initiatives
  • Manages opt-in database and works with marketing team and agency partners to drive yearly campaigns and initiatives
  • Identify and participate in strategies to acquire new business as well as cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • Serve as an advocate for the marketing team and help team members prepare insights based on data findings
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Information Technology or a High School Diploma/GED AND three (3) years of experience working in Marketing, Customer Service or IT – Analyzing digital marketing metrics in a similar field
  • High degree of proficiency of Salesforce.com, including Marketing Cloud, automation and campaign management
  • Strong understanding of digital communication strategies and comfort in the development and integration of these strategies into business campaigns and activations
  • Recognizes the impact of modern technologies (I.e., Data platforms, marketing automation, e-commerce) and looks for ways to leverage in driving customer success
  • Comfort working with large data sets, extracting insights to drive the CRM software
  • Interested in providing innovative approaches to marketing, challenges and learning new things
  • Enjoys implementing and sustaining processes and the opportunity to analyze results and build recommendations based on success or challenges
  • Effectively uses data and insights to support business cases
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to be self-directed while also having the ability to work in collaborative environments.
  • Strong relationship building skills to influence business leaders and work horizontally across the organization

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:
We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $69,590.29 - $92,816.06, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 5% Annual.
