We are seeking Nursing Assistants and Med Techs (with CNAs) to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting our elderly residents at Springwell. We have openings in Traditional Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living for every other weekend on any shift. If you successfully maintain that schedule you could you could also pick up other shifts PRN if they are available. Please submit your resume for consideration!

Responsibilities:

· Administer nursing care to residents

· Assist with activities of daily living

· Administer medications (if a Certified Med Tech)

· Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior

· Maintain accurate patient medical records

· Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields

· Familiarity with medical software and equipment

· Ability to build rapport with patients

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
