Dunn Tire is looking for qualified Assistant Managers to join our growing team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing daily support to the Manager or Managers of our Retail Tire and Service organization. The Assistant Manager will perform and execute tasks as directed as well as supervise, hire, or train other company employees. The Assistant Manager directly faces clients and assists with issue resolution therefore excellent communication skills are essential in delivering a world-class experience to our customers.
Salary: $55,431 to $60,000.00 /year

- Weekly inventory line counts.
- Ensure safety protocol is being followed.
- Coaching, trainig, and leading a team
- Installation and like tire work.
- The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales & management experience. Automotive experience is not required but is considered a plus.
- Great communication & customer service skills are a must.
- Time management & ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time.
- Computer: Windows, Word, and a basic understanding of Excel.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Possesses a valid State Driver's License
