About us
Red Baron Cafe is a small business located at the Municipal airport in Dalhart, TX. We have been in business since 2011. We currently serve breakfast and lunch. We are looking to expand into evening dining and strive to provide quality food to the community.
The ideal candidate needs some management experience and a passion for food and beverages. This position will require managerial expertise as well as an ability to interact effectively with employees, clients and vendors. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, effective and able to prioritize multiple tasks at once while always keeping the needs of our clients in mind. If you are the right employee, we hope to promote to Manager within 120 days.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menus.
- Hire, train and motivate staff.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Supervise employees.
- Create and implement budget plans.
- Evaluate restaurant operations.
- Manage customer service issues or problems.
- Coordinate with Airport FBO with established protocols
