Responsibilities: Operations Leadership Development Program you will start in the Practice Coordinator position with the potential to become a Regional Vice President of Operations. This program has four levels with no time frame attached. Through out the program, you will be responsible to provide leadership, direction and administration of assigned dental practices to ensure operational and financial effectiveness. You will train and learn how to be responsible for daily operation, policy and procedure, implementation and management. This position will also work on special improvement projects to provide feedback in order to improve operational and financial practices while ensuring an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications:
  • Superior work ethic - willing to go above and beyond, eager to learn and adapts well to change
  • Outstanding people skills - Ability to engage and connect to all personality and skill levels
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
  • Minimal gaps in work history
  • Ability to work 45+ flexible hours based on individual office needs
