Once Upon A Child Sarasota in Sarasota, FL is hiring a person who loves the chaos of childrens retail and can train to become assistant manager within 6 months. The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, and be a high energy people loving person who can work under pressure and get the job done. We are located on 2300 Bee Ridge Rd. Responsibilities

*Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Ensure product quality, cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met *Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed *Ensure daily social media and store tasks are completed. *Work in close communication with store owner to manage store operations *Work with Inventory manager to ensure appropriate inventory is moving to the sales floor *NOTE: This is a onsite position not remote based
Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend and stretch to reach items on the sales floor

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $17.00/hour.
