The Customer Accounts Manager manages the Renewals Department, which is responsible for the renewal payment process. Responsible for achieving company goals in revenue, renewals, and write-off percentages. Direct immediate contact with all Customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s), both in the field and on the phone. Act as a Customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
