Assistant General Manager responsibilities:
- You will ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly
- You will learn all aspects of running a multi-million-dollar operation
- Maintain brand standards and ensure the team are delivering the ultimate guest experience
- Reporting and providing support to the General Manager
- Ensuring that world-class customer service is provided to all customers
