Assistant Area Manager Job at Reliable Cleaning Service
Primary Responsibility: Help improve consistency and quality in the field by suporting Area Managers and Cleaning Specialists. Work with or follow-up and perform field inspections at each covered location. Check on supply orders and inventory in buildings requiring coverage. Develop relationships with the Cleaning Specialists and create a stronger connection to field work to increase ownership of performance.
Additional Job Duties:
- Provide quality cleaning by covering buildings that are open due to absences, vacations, no set cleaner, start-ups or shutdowns. This position will be cleaning 75%+ of their time.
- Make sure complaints are not going to be repeated if providing coverage or helping at a field location by always cleaning to our Standard Level of Clean.
- Field check of building condition when arriving (consistency of main cleaner or past performance of coverage) and upon leaving. Field inspections of Cleaning Specialist assigned buildings if not cleaning at a location with them. Record through eHub inspections and provide pictures when needed.
- Assist in updating field location information such as square footage and assisting in ensuring appropriate budgets in the field are met.
Position –
Full-time > Employee would work approximately 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Potential wage = $16-18 per hour based on experience.
