Our busy newely renovated office is seeking a Full Time Dental appointment scheduler who is professional, cheerful and highly proficient in not only scheduling appointments but ensuring patients dont miss their appointments. The schedulers primary duties are as follows:
The Scheduler provides a well-run scheduled flow of the dental office. They oversee that patients are scheduled appropriately, keep the schedule productive, fill any openings in the schedule and confirm patients are aware of their next visit.
The Dental Scheduling Coordinator's primary responsibility is to engineer, monitor and manage the dental schedule. The comptent scheduler must have a daily back up plan when patients cancel, keep track of recalls and enusre appointments are being booked in a timely fashion.
