Wilson Elser is seeking an Applications Administrator II to join the firm.

The Application Administrator II is a mid-level expert on maintaining, monitoring, and supporting our firm’s software applications. This role functions as the subject matter expert and tier 3 support for our most critical software suite. The Position

Qualifications
  • High school diploma is required. Associate’s to Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in application administration and/or support.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft products and their common integrations for document and email management preferred but not required.
  • High proficiency to subject matter expertise on iManage Cloud, practice management tools, Active Directory, records, e-docketing, and legal financial systems preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate, plan, prioritize, and implement application upgrades, maintenance, and hotfixes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability as a subject matter expert either maintaining, training, supporting, or administering applications.
  • Proficient in cloud technologies, hybrid environments, as well as legacy on-prem.
  • Curiosity and passion for data, technology, and problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead software upgrades and hotfixes in collaboration with other IT teams.
  • Manage user access, roles, permissions, and thoroughly understand all backend configurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on application architecture and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineers on migrations to new systems, with front end and back end proficiencies.
  • Plan, test, and communicate new features, enhancements, and bug-fixes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on application architecture and maintenance.
  • Follow ITIL Change Management standard processes to implement changes/updates.
  • Monitor and report utilization of software and communicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with third-party application support vendors to carry out critical updates to systems.
  • Understand and support ITIL/ITSM best practices for incident, problem, and user request services.
  • Actively engage in using a Service Now ticketing system and JIRA software for service and project work.
  • Consult with IT Management and Senior Management, when required.

The annualized salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000.Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
