Multiple Accounts Payable Position and Accounting Assistants
Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am to 5:30pm / Friday 8am to 3pm
Pay: $15 to $20/hour
Location: Orlando, FL 32839
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately track and record cash flow. This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 1099s and create a report with related information at year end.
Responsibilities
Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing
Process expense reports from employees Identify discrepancies and escalate in appropriate manner
Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses
Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end
Qualifications
Three to five years• proven working experience as Accounts Payable Specialist
SAP accounting software experience a must
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Results oriented team player with ability to understand and work within diverse cultures.
Possess strong problem-solving, communications, interpersonal and analytical skills.
Must be customer oriented, well organized and possess multi-tasking skills.
Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.
A degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
