This position is responsible for supporting the development and analysis of reports and Key Performance Indices that help steer Spirit Operations, Spirit Field team and Executive staff.
- Recognize trends and patterns; make recommendations based on analysis
- Collect and analyze large amounts of data from multiple data sources and concentrate into a logical reporting framework
- Assist in determining areas of opportunity through data analysis
- Process and maintain KPI Reports
- Some travel required
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software, specifically, Microsoft Office programs with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage to deadlines, work under time constraints, set priorities and handle heavy workloads while demonstrating commitment and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with rapid turnaround
- Proven ability to organize and manipulate data in a coherent fashion

Pay: $46,851.81 - $107,892.17 per year
