Responsibilities:
·Being yourself.
Show integrity and honesty to promote the Amorino culture and values.
· Keep calm during high volume periods (rush).
· Constantly evaluate the store’s environment and customer’s needs.
· Bring excellent service with a “customer comes first” attitude.
· Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
· Maintain regular attendance and punctuality at work.
· Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members.

Basic Qualifications
· Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
· Maintain high energy, a strong work ethic, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
· Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
· Meet store operating policies and standards that include providing quality beverages, desserts, and handling of cash.
· Available to perform many different tasks during each shift.
· Be a fast learner, build relationships, and pleasantly engage customers.
