Ferrari of Salt Lake City , a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is looking for a S ervice Ambassador who aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity , gr owth , h umility, and teamwork. This multi-role position includes greeting Ferrari Service customers, Sales department reception, and CRM activities with a focus on accessory sales. The objective is to improve customer satisfaction and department profitability.

Sales Department Duties:

  • Meet and Greet Sales customers who enter the Showroom.

  • Answer phone calls for the Sales Department.

  • Coordinate activities and events with the marketing manager.

  • Learn and become familiar with the Ferrari brand and look for opportunities for accessory upsells.

  • Fulfill all required web-based and in-class Ferrari training for the Ambassador position.

Service Department Duties:

  • Meet and greet service customers when they arrive for their appointment while waiting for the Service Advisor.

  • Perform vehicle walk around with customer, filling out damage sheet.

  • Collect vehicle information (mileage, VIN, etc.) for the Service Advisor using a pre-work order.

  • Show them the waiting area and amenities.

  • Call/email Service customers to schedule appointments for their 7-year service, recalls, and extended warranties using the NBA portal.

  • Cross-train as a Service Advisor in case coverage is needed. Learning Reynold and Reynolds, Xtime, Text2Drive, Uber Portal, and other tools necessary to perform Advisor duties.

  • Take overflow calls from the Service department and schedule appointments in Xtime when necessary.

  • Check out Service customers who are picking up vehicles.

  • Make follow-up calls to every Service customer after service is performed to ensure all expectations are met.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or sales is preferred

  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented

  • Must be skilled at listening, problem-solving, and communication

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
