Allsup Employment Services (AES) Project Manager Job at Allsup, LLC
The Allsup Employment Services (AES) Project Manager will serve as project lead on all AES projects and is responsible for communicating with the stakeholders, defining project goals, and seeing a project through to its closure. They will organize, plan and execute projects while working within restraints like schedules and budgets. They will write up project plans, and if IT related, utilize the ADO system. They will maintain system process documentation, maintenance, and reporting. These systems include, but are not limited to the task management system, note points process, and telephonic systems.
You Will be Responsible For:
- Writing up project requests for the AES team, and if applicable, having first contact with IT in requesting the project
- Working to completion on projects, including testing and implementation
- Attending project meetings and owning communications with all stakeholders
- System maintenance including tasks, expert notes, note points, and reporting
- Maintaining training manual/SOPs
- Building rapport with all teams
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of beneficiary and Allsup information
- Acting as an AES liaison to other departments when necessary, to keep projects moving forward without delays
- Other duties as directed by Management

Qualifications:
- Have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent Allsup experience
- This is a hybrid position
