As a non-profit community hospital, Fitzgibbon Hospital is vital to the health and well-being of the communities it serves in the Marshall, MO and surrounding area. We are looking for a self-driven compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our Administration Department. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Shift:
- Full time (80 hours every 2 weeks)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
As an Administrative Assistant you would be required to facilitate the efficient operations of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Answer, screen and transfer phone calls
- Welcome and direct visitors
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Receive and distribute office mail
- Schedule and organize department appointments
- Process and file any required department paperwork
