Pay: $15.00-$17.00/hour, depending on experience

Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Account reconciliation/downloads from custodians
*Trade execution and allocation
*Distributions to clients
*Phone back-up
*Other general administrative duties and support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*A strong multi-tasker who is able to work independently
*Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
