Blue Flame Heating, Air & Electric is the premier HVAC/Electrical Company in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for outgoing, energetic Dispatcher. If you have a great attitude and great work ethic we want you on our team! Responsibilities:
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in a sales-support role, generating appointments within the walls of our national, big-box home-improvement retail partner. This high-volume, popular brand location offers the perfect setting to engage with customers seeking precisely what you have to offer: top-quality HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement programs.
The other 50% of your time will be spent in our office in Mountlake Terrace, WA, where you’ll be interacting with customers over the phone, working leads, maintaining customer lead portals, setting appointments, and so much more. This role is vital to the success of our partnership with our big-box home-improvement retailer, giving you the opportunity to work in stores with the customers and work behind the scenes in the office!Qualifications:

What You Need to Succeed and Grow with the Pros
Required Credentials:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals.
- Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer.
Preferred Credentials:
- Service-industry experience.
- Call-center or customer service experience prefered.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
