Accounting Clerk Job at Trail King Industries Inc
Objective of Position: Assists in indexing and verifying vendor 3-way match for Accounts Payable invoices. Assist in backup of Cost performance of closing trailers and manufacturing jobs. Process parts invoices, returns and warranty credits thru Intellichief along with backup information. Help with cash application as needed.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Index invoices in Intellichief for 3-way match.
- Verifies receipt and accuracy of supplier invoices if help needed.
- Perform job closing steps to assist with Cost responsibilities for backup.
- Assist with monthly visa card purchase verification.
- Supports other accounting functions as requested.
- Processing of parts invoices, returns, and warranties.
- Help with cash payments as needed.
- Help with other items as needed within the department.

- Minimum of 2 years post high school education preferred or equivalent experience in accounting field.
- Computer experience required including MS office applications.

- Ability to analyze data, problem solve and utilize math skills.
