We are currently looking for an Account Director to join our Broker Support Team and serve as a liaison between our agents and carrier partners. Individuals best suited for this position will be proactive problem solvers, empathetic, and strong critical thinkers. No prior experience is required.
This position offers a path for growth and promotion within our Agent Services Department for interested individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following
- Working with various individuals within the company to provide outstanding support to independent agents and our internal employees
- Completing day-to-day activities including following up on tasks and emails; inbound and outbound call goals; and providing accurate information to agents and marketers
- Collaborating with Agent Services Division Leadership on improvements to processes or new ideas to help better the department
- Serving as a dependable employee exemplifying stellar customer support, solid attendance and professionalism
- Appropriately communicate information to agents, team members and members of management via email, phone calls and face-to-face interaction as appropriate

Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
