As a Water Restoration Crew Chief, you will oversee crew on job sites that have been affected by water damage. Our Crew Chiefs help clients after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water Restoration Crew Chiefs need to have good customer service and be willing to help others. No industry experience needed; we offer paid training! Our average Crew Chief makes $90,000 -$123,00 per year!
Responsibilities:
- Handle any issues caused by water damage including drying or removing damaged materials
- Responsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment to restore damaged property
- Strong attention to detail to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies
- Document drying progress using state-of-the-art moisture meters
Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
