We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join the Primary Health Solutions team as a 340B Program Coordinator at our Administration office. The 340B Program is a vital patient access initiative that touches many parts of the organization including finance, quality, operations, and patient access. The 340B program itself provides vital patient access our patients through lower medication pricing and also provides funding for so many other parts of our mission. The 340B Program Coordinator serves as the covered entity’s Subject Matter Expert on 340B Program details, policies, and procedures. The 340B Program Coordinator acts as the liaison with necessary affiliated internal and external departments to ensure 340B Program Integrity.
A day in the life of a 340B Program Coordinator:
- Provides oversight and leadership of the 340B Program.
- Leads the organization’s 340B oversight committee, which includes members from the board, senior leadership, quality, compliance, legal, and finance.
- Provides expertise and training of the 340B Program to staff and participants regarding ongoing compliance.
- Develops and maintains internal relationships (accounting, legal, operations) and external relationships (wholesalers, manufacturers, contract pharmacies, and third-party administrator [TPA] vendors) as needed.
- Actively engages with senior leadership and participates in decision-making processes related to the implementation of new 340B processes.

Success Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Professional work style with high level of problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write clear and concise routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Knowledge of current electronic medical record, Microsoft Word, Internet, and Intranet. Must also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with all levels of clinical and administrative staff within the health centers and with community leaders.
- Demonstrates program development and implementation skills.
- Ability to represent the organization effectively in a variety of settings and with diverse communities.
- Demonstrates understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.
