We are a quality non-profit preschool that provides subsidized tuition for working families in Park City.

Our teachers are responsible for developing and implementing a program of activities that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child enrolled in the class. All teachers are responsible for the health, safety, and supervision of each child in the classroom group.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has a warm and welcoming personality, comfortable with a diverse school population of children and families (age, economic means, family stability).
• Develops a positive relationship with each child and promotes the development of self-esteem and self-discipline.
• Is able to implement the daily program of activities based on principles of child development and in accordance with the program’s Creative Curriculum and Second Step Curriculum.
• Establishes a positive relationship with each child’s family and shares information about the child’s day at the center.
• Performs other duties as required by teachers and supervisors.
• Has a passion for children and a willingness to help provide quality early learning experiences for young children to promote their overall developmental well-being.

Qualifications:

• Must demonstrate experience and interest in working with young children, parents, and volunteers.
• Must demonstrate success in working as a member of a team.
• Must have effective and strong communication skills (orally and written).
• Must demonstrate the ability to work well with young children.
