Maximizes personal & store sales results through selling, maintaining & covering zones.
SELL: Provide customer service utilizing Zumiez selling techniques
MAINTAIN: Organize & present merchandise based on Zumiez merchandising techniques.
COVER: Provide customer service & prevent loss through awareness of your assigned section.
Other duties and projects will be assigned based on company & store needs.
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 35 pounds; and stand and or walk up to 10 hours per day
Deliver local orders to the customer's home
PRE-DELIVERY PREP: Complete delivery & safety orientation and delivery certification with HUB SM.
QUALITY & ACCURACY: Picking, packing & delivering orders, tracking miles & route driven using required tools and protocols, photo documentation of completed deliveries.
DELIVERY: Become familiar with delivery area/route, picking & packing orders in stores and at the designated HUB location, safe driving and absolute observance of all traffic laws, regulations and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: 18 years of age with a reliable vehicle, valid state driver's license & proof of insurance, a smartphone with data/GPS capabilities, and must have an acceptable motor vehicle record and pass all applicable background checks. In addition, must demonstrate a great sense of direction, cognitive and navigational skills.
Must be able to drive in all weather conditions during day or night hours; sit for extended periods of time; lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; bend, reach, stoop, climb and be comfortable with repetitive motions.
