We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Yard Labor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the organization and management of our inventory yard. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a keen eye for detail. Location: Concord, NC

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations.

- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

- Assist with loading and unloading inventory from trucks and trailers.

- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed.

- Ensure the inventory yard is clean, organized, and free from hazards.

- Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery of inventory.

- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing inventory for shipment.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and inventory storage areas.

- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
