Urban Float is the premier wellness float center in the Mid-Atlantic and we are looking for energetic, part-time Sales Associates to join our team! The Wellness Sales Associate position is a sales and performance-based position. Our culture is focused around people and relationships. We are a membership-based wellness float center. We are looking for Wellness Sales Associates who have an interest or passion in sharing the gift of floating and wellness to people in our community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure every client has an exceptional experience by educating clients on float therapy including tours and orientations.
- Building foundational knowledge around the health benefits of float therapy, infrared therapy, and vascular therapy.
- Providing excellent point-of-sales experiences for guests and members by proactively offering high-value, cost-saving membership options, service packages, and retail.
- Assisting clients before, during (if necessary), and after float services
- Answering phones
- Appointment scheduling
- Meeting monthly sales goals
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness of our facility and assisting with pod cleaning and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Sales Experience preferred
- Professional, positive, personable and relaxed demeanor.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to get to work on time.
- Must be comfortable selling products and services to our customers
