Gingerich Well & Pump Service, LLC is excited to add a Driller Assistant to our growing team!
No drilling experience? No problem - we will train you!
It is your job to assist the Driller(s). This is an entry-level position designed to train an individual in the various aspects of constructing a water well. To help the Driller more easily perform drilling tasks; work as part of a two or more person team to perform field tasks including: site layout, sampling, obtaining water levels, and installing wells under the direction of the department head or project manager.

This position is designed to train an individual in the various aspects of constructing a water well. The purpose of this job is to help the Driller/drilling crew perform tasks in the field, including:
- Driving a water truck
- Site layout
- Sampling
- Obtaining water levels
- Installing wells under the direction of the Driller in charge
Requirements:
- "Can-do" attitude: must desire to do a great job
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with ability to obtain a Class A CDL within a reasonable amount of time (we train you)
- Clean driving record
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work. Days are long, 12-14 hrs, with the typical week being 40-60 hrs. There are some overnights required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
