College of The Albemarle, located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, is the state's first community college, founded in 1961. Two positions available - (1) Elizabeth City - (1) Dare
Will aide Instructor as needed during lab teaching in the College's Welding Program by:
- Assist in conducting lab operations in the welding lab.
- Assist with lab set-up.
- Ensure student and lab safety at all times.
- Assist with lab maintenance and supply inventory as needed.
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- One year of documented welding experience.
- Able to lift over 25 pounds.
- Exhibit a neat working appearance.
- Welding Certificate or Diploma from a professional school/college or two years of documented industrial experience.
- Prior experience in an educational setting or training/teaching experience.
